Great Grandpa Oliver and Louella make the long trip over from Glen, CA.  Louella fed Lillian a bottle filled with her mommy's finest and shortly after Lillian quickly fell asleep in her Great Grandpa's arms.

We absolutely love these sleeping pictures!  In the photo with me, Lillian was three days old.  In the one with her daddy, she was six weeks old.

Grandma Cynthia and Grandpa Tom Visit

We had a great visit and were able to celebrate Tom's birthday as well!  Cynthia and Tome made some excellent meals and that chocolate cake was amazing!

Grandma Sandy and Grandpa Stan at the hospital the day she was born.  They both took a week off of work to help us out during the first week after Lillian's birth.  We can't thank them enough!!  They fed us three square meals a day and even filled our freezer and refrigerator with left overs and other goodies that we ate for weeks!

Minutes After birth

These photos were taken just minutes after she was born around 6:21 PM on July 28th 2009.  One of the first things we noticed was how long her hands and feet were (can't really see them in these photos...).  Grandma Sandy said, "Oh look!  She has your feet!"  I'm so proud...!  The kid is destined to wear size 12's and for those of you who share my experience, she will also inherit the trouble of finding shoes that fit.  That wasn't all we noticed, however!  Her beautiful blue eyes (got those from her Daddy) inquisitively looked up at her dad and I and the new exciting world around her.
