We went on down to the Genoa Candy Dance Saturday afternoon and had a total blast looking at all of the amazing arts and crafts people brought had brought to display and sell from all over the country! Lillian enjoyed her grandparents and navigating through the large crowds of people. There was a lot to see, but Lillian seemed to be the main attraction :)
On Sunday, Lillian and I enjoyed visiting with Auntie Nina! We first went to Starbucks where we ran into our old high school secretary and her grandchildren who played with and entertained Lillian while we ordered our morning tea and pumpkin spice latte's! Soon after, we drove to the local park where we fed the ducks (one of Lillian's favorite things to do!), and played on the playground. Lillian enjoyed her Auntie Nina so much! Lillian is getting to be such a big girl that she led us to the things she wanted to play on and it always involved playing with her Auntie Nina :)
Riding a really cool looking bug! Weeeeeeee!
Higher, Auntie Nina, higher!!
Later that afternoon, I checked on how my husband was doing and tracked him down in the desert where he was looking for meteorites and terrestrial minerals of all sorts.
Could this be a meteorite?? Naaaaaaahhhhhh, it's a leave-or-rite-there! ha-ha-ha-ha!
