Future paleontologists!!

Photos from February

I apologize to my blog followers for not posting for months, but the Coffees have been busy packing, moving and unpacking!  It was sad leaving our old home since we had made so many wonderful memories there... my husband and I were married in our backyard, we brought both kids home from the hospital there, the beautiful views and wildlife... Our new home, however, is more then we could have ever imagined it to be! It feels as if we've always lived here and the people we've met have all been so nice and generous!  I've quite enjoyed making our new home our own and the work we've done just oozes our personality :)  Every room has new paint and our pictures/photos are now all hung... It's amazing what a difference it makes when you get all your pictures on the wall.  I was so hesitant to punch holes in my newly painted walls, but doing so has brought our home to life!   Moving is never easy and having two little ones makes it much more... well... involved :)
The photos on this page are from February, since it's been that long since our last posting!  The kids are much bigger, so it feels funny posting such old photos, but they are just too cute to pass up and I'm sure the grandmas would say the same :)

A Hill Visit

 Our little lad :)
Lillian loves riding on Grandpa Stan's shoulders!  Gorilla prefers Grandpa's head :)
 James watching his sister.
If you look hard enough, you just might find a Lillian and Grandpa Stan!
 Look out bellow!!
 Happy couple!
 "Higher, Higher!!!!"
 Riding the cow!
At nearly one, James is able to slide down the slide by himself!  At two and a half, Lillian can climb most of the bars, which is quite an accomplishment!  Both seem to have no fear and that scares me so!

So, this will be my bedroom...
O.K., I got dibs on the loft!
We got several hand-me-down presents this year from our good friend Erin Lopez!  Why buy new when you can get something lightly used for free!  It's good for the planet too!! Our modo this year, "Reduce, Reuse and Recycle!" The kids just LOVE the kitchen, dollhouse, and refrigerator!!  Thank you, Miss Erin!!!!!
Hmmmm... what should I make for breakfast...?
We purchased a whole box of used Lincoln Logs for penny's on the dollar too!  Total score!!  James and Lillian are already beginning to construct their own little buildings!
I got several wonderful gifts this year!  Thank you to everyone!! Here, I am showing off some beautiful earrings that my mother-in-law made for me :)  Ooo-La-La!
Grandma Sandy and Grandpa Stan (I mean Santa!!) got Lillian a totally tubular Balance Bike for Christmas
Oh, yes!  We got another slightly used present for the kids!  This easel is a chalk board on one side and a white erase board on the other.  Lillian and James spend hours creating!
O.K., James, you write with your left hand and I'll write with my right hand.  O.K.? :)
