Nicholas' 1st Birthday Party!

Lillian attended her friend Nicholas' 1st Birthday Party last weekend!  It was a fun party with lots of new people to meet.  Nicholas and Lillian were good buds from the start!

Just as we arrived it began snowing!  Lillian was transfixed by the beautiful white scenery and surprised at how cold the snow felt on her hands.

President's Day Fun!

"Come on Daddy, let's go already!"

"I had so much fun today!  I went for a walk, went to the park, swung on a swing, slid down a slide, watched Finn chase squirrels, watched a hummingbird in a big oak tree, sat on the deck and watched mommy and daddy pull weeds, went for a run in my jogging stroller, played with my toys, bounced in my bouncy chair, ate some peas, and watched the Olympics!" 

Valentine's Day Adventure!

It was such a beautiful day!  A tad nippy in the shade, but a comfortable 50 degrees in the sun.

Weeeeeeeeeeee!!!

This photo was taken right after having dinner at the The Ahwahnee. After the sun went down it had gotten quite a bit cooler outside (shiver!).  I wanted to make sure she stayed warm :)

Although Lillian doesn't enjoy sucking on the pacifier herself, she absolutely knows what it is used for and tried to put it in her Daddy's mouth!

It's A Bird, It's A Plain... It's Lillian!

Today, we took advantage of our sunny morning and went to the neighborhood park.  After several swings on mommy's lap, Lillian was ready to brave it on her own!  Not surprisingly, she took to it with enthusiasm and was full of smiles and giggles the instant she was flying through the air!  

If Lillian could talk, I'm sure she'd be saying, "higher mommy, higher!!!"  I tried to take her out after about five minutes, but she cried in protest!  The moment I started her swinging again... all smiles!

"Let's do it again!"
