Shoes!

Lillian brought out several pairs of shoes for James to play with.  He liked her leather ballerina shoes the most because they had long shoe strings he could easily chew on!
Lillian looks on nervously... 'My poor ballerina shoes...' :)
Playing together :)

Aquarium of the Pacific at Long Beach, CA!

We went to the Aquarium of the Pacific that Sunday and enjoyed all of their amazing aquariums and atriums!  One of the first exhibits we came upon was full of colorful rockfish.  Lillian made a B-line for this tank and spend several minutes watching the amazing fish within!
She was easy to spot in her colorful outfit as well as her cheerful shrieks of joy!
James was fascinated by the fish as well and spent a great deal of time talking to the fish and trying to grab them through the glass :)
 'Here fishy, fishy!
We waited in line to get a picture with this shark!  The moment we got close to it though, Lillian clung to her Grandma in fear :)  James was pretty indifferent at his age...  The ironic part is that when it came to choosing a gift from the gift store, Lillian chose a stuffed animal shark!  Funny girl :)
 Photo op!
 Wow......
Lillian, Daddy and her little pet shark watching the pretty birds in the atrium!
With Grandpa Denise and Uncle Rob!
 Three generations of Coffees!

Lillian and James' First Trip To L.A.!

We drove down to L.A. the other weekend and visited some of the Coffee Clan.  It was so wonderful visiting with Grandma Nina, Grandma Denise , and Auntie Gina (pictured here with James)!
James immediately took a liking to Auntie Gina!
Lillian and Grandma Nina were inseparable!
 Love at first sight!
Grandma Nina with her grandkids :)

June Is For Joy!

 Our Little Angels!
 He's Teething :)
We visited our friends, Kristl, David and their beautiful one month old son, Koltin the other day!  Their son is  so good looking... we think they should have more :)
It was a hot day in Livermore!  We stopped for a lemonade to help us cool down :)
 Lillian REALLY enjoys lemonade!
When we woke up and went to start our morning coffee, we noticed Lillian asleep on the sofa!  Not sure what time she woke up the night before and moved herself to the couch, but she was fast asleep when we found her :)
 Lillian is quite the artist!
James is getting so big!  At five months old, he easily fits into twelve month old clothing!
Ta-da!!! All finished!

Happy Father's Day!!!!!!

While cook'n up some Macaroni and Cheese, James got curious about his surroundings... don't worry, grandmas, the knives were well out of reach :)  However, the wooden spoons were another story!  He had all of them out and on the counter and floor in no time!
They still enjoy sitting together while watching Barney in the morning... so adorable!
The kids look forward to their daily jog in the evenings with mommy and Finn!  In fact, when I ask Lillian if she's ready for a run, she runs to the jogger and eagerly hops in all by her self!  In this photo though, Lillian looks like, "I'll go, but I won't like it!" and James is like, "Do we have to wear these silly harnesses?"
Daddy with his two beautiful children!  After I took this photo, Keith said, "Oh, God, I look so fat in this photo!"  Maybe a little, but the kids look great!  he-he-he-he.... It's just how you're sitting honey, all scrunched up and stuff :)  You're still as sexy as ever!!!!
 Like father-like son!
He's getting better as self portraits... :)

Fun Summer Days!

Lillian really enjoys standing on her table and helping us clean the fish tank with the magnetic algae removing tool (in right hand).

James has been teething and drooling up a storm these days!  No pearly whites yet, but they're coming!
 'I love our fishies!'
 Mr. Blue Eyes!
Father and son in the morning ;)
 Our little drummer girl!
Hang'n in the grass at the Livermore Library!
We have a tradition of Chinese food after Kindermusik!
A Moms Club field trip to one of the apricot and cherry orchards!
James was fascinated by the fruit processing plant!  The conveyer belts were something to be seen!
Our good friend, Gina, held Lillian to help keep her safe :)  Thanks you so much!!
We have two tins with tea and coffee near our coffee maker.  James reached behind him (seriously!) and grabbed the coffee container...
...and knocked it off the counter! :)
Mommy cleaned up the mess and put them back for another round of 'knock the coffee container off the counter!'
